Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MoreOften about your use of the app and moreoften.app. By signing in or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use MoreOften.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. You must be at least 13 years old, keep your account secure, and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
What you may post
You are responsible for the messages, photos, names and other content you add. You keep your rights in it, and you give us permission to store it and show it to the members of your groups so the app can work.
Don’t use MoreOften to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
- impersonate someone, or spam, or send content you have no right to share;
- try to break, probe or overload the app, or access other people’s data;
- use it for anything unlawful.
We can remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules. To report a message or block a person, long-press their message in the group chat. You can also email info@moreoften.app. We review reports within 24 hours and act on them.
Mo and restaurant information
Mo’s suggestions, and restaurant details such as hours, menus, dietary information and photos, come from automated rules and third-party sources and can be wrong or out of date. They are suggestions, not guarantees. If you have a food allergy or medical dietary need, always confirm with the restaurant before you eat. We are not responsible for what you order or how a restaurant handles your needs.
Gatherings are between you and your friends
MoreOften helps you plan. We are not a party to your gatherings or to any reservation, payment or arrangement between you, your group, or a restaurant. Any money you share between friends, for example through Venmo, is handled outside MoreOften.
Our rights
MoreOften, its name, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app for its intended purpose, but may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
Beta service, and no warranty
MoreOften is in beta. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and it may change, have errors or be unavailable. Some places don’t allow those limits, so they may not apply to you.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, MoreOften and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.
Ending your use
You can stop using MoreOften at any time and delete your account from Profile in the app, or by emailing info@moreoften.app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or its users.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Using MoreOften after a change means you accept it.
